At Riders Line our loyalty program is real value for you. For every $100 you spend per order you earn $5 (with a maximum of $30 per order) credited to your Urban Riders Crew Cash account which can be applied to your next purchase over $100 excluding any shipping costs. Being a member of the program also means that you will receive notification of special offers that may be exclusive to Riders Line members. In short, the benefits include:

Crew Cash can be used towards items purchased over $100 excluding any shipping costs on our website. Your Crew Cash account will be credited once your original order payment is successful and you receive an order confirmation. Your current Crew Cash balance can be found in the "My Account" section.
You will gain access to the to the Urban Riders Crew loyalty program automatically if you choose to register for an account on RidersLine.com.au.
Important: Crew cash is not automatically added to orders at the checkout and we can not apply crew cash retrospectively once an order has been placed. Likewise, if you checkout as a guest and then decide to convert your guest order into a Riders Line account we can not backdate crew cash for guest checkout orders.
If you elect to return an item from which you earned Crew Cash, the amount of Crew Cash earned from the returned item will be cancelled and deducted from your Crew Cash account balance once we process your return. If this Crew Cash has already been transformed into a voucher and used on another order, we will deduct the equivalent amount from the total credited to your original payment method.
RidersLine.com.au reserves the right to change or end this loyalty program at any time. Crew Cash has no cash value other than on RidersLine.com.au and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit to a credit card. Any Crew Cash earned prior to termination of this program will be honoured according to the terms and conditions of the program. Crew Cash is not transferable and expires after 730 days from the original order date the Crew Cash was earned. Shipping charges do not count towards Crew Cash calculation totals. Crew Cash may not be combined with other promotions. Your order must be a minimum of $100 excluding any shipping cost to redeem any Crew Cash vouchers. Customers must be logged into their RidersLine.com.au account for the Urban Riders Crew membership benefits to take effect. Due to manufacturer restrictions, some brands of products may be excluded from the Riders Rewards Cash program.
