This extensive garment test must pass a full three zone garment abrasion test, with no single break through point exceeding 5mm, a major outseam tensile strength burst test and protective armour impact energy absorption test.
The Resurgence Pekev® lining is one of the world strongest and most stable AAA certified protective linings that achieves an outstanding 10.83 seconds C.E abrasion rating.
With 60% coverage, all the way through the sleeves, shoulders and lower torso front and back, you'll be well covered when you need it. At only 270 GSM weight, Pekev® is half the weight and stronger than of other branded aramid linings that use a thicker 550 GSM weight to achieve the same protective rating.
The stitching in this motorcycle riding jacket contributes greatly to the abrasion resistance of the total garment. This is why Resurgence uses safety seams on areas at increased risk of impact.
Safety seams have a visible as well as an invisible seam. This construction keeps the material of the outer shell together, even when the visible seam is torn.

Great three season jacket
Had Riders Line order in the Raw Denim version of this jacket - which came in pretty quickly.
The jacket is great. Really comfortable, the D3O Ghost armour, while only level 1 protection, is barely noticeable in the jacket. The fit is good - layering a thin down jacket or hoodie works well.
I have had a minor issue with the hemming on the cuff, which frayed after catching on the velcro of my gloves. A lighter to burn off the fluff and seal the seam, no major drama.
Overall, I'm finding it hard to reach for any of my other jackets this spring.

How To Get Your Measurments
Chest (a): Measure the widest part of your chest, under your armpits and around you back. Be sure that your armsare resting at your side.
Waist (b): Measure around your natural waistline, around the top of the hip bones, inline with the navel while keeping the measuring tape parallel to the ground.
Hips (c): Measure the circumference, from pelvic bone to pelvic bone, at the widest part of your hips below the waist.
Back Length (d): Measured vertically from the bottom of the collar seam to the bottom of the garment.
Sleeve Length (e): Measure from the shoulder seam, down the outside of the arm, over your elbow, ending at your wrist.
Shoulder Width (f): Measure horizontally from left shoulder seam to right shoulder seam across the back.
Measurement are taken assuming just a regular t-shirt or lightwight top is worn underneith.
