Answer:
The shoe covers are cut larger to accommodate your footwear. So you should be fine with just a medium size shoe cover if the shoe is a size 40 Euro.

I am size 9 & son's a 12. What size shoe covers are required for both please

Answer:
A size 9 US would be a large in the Lampa Shoe covers. A size 12 US may fit in an XL size. Size XL is for size 44/45 which is usually a size US 10 or 11. The shoe covers do have a little room but won't take bulky touring, ADV or MX boots. Unfortunately these covers arn't made larger that the XL size.

Could you send me the bottom sole measurement for both the L & XL shoe covers to double check sizes please. We have bought some in the past & always been too small once here.

The bottom sole measuments (heal to toe) for the Medium size is 28cm, Large size is 29.5cm and XL size is 31.5cm

Yes, the 44/45 size Lampa shoe covers will fit over a regular size 11 shoes or boot. Please note these are not designed or sized big enough to fit over large and bulky adventure or dirt bike boots which should be water proof anyway.
